
ACT & PreACT Testing
Cornerstone Christian Academy is proud to serve as an official on-site location for ACT District Testing. By offering these important college preparatory exams directly on our campus, we provide our students with a convenient, comfortable, and familiar environment, allowing them to perform their best. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate these crucial steps toward college readiness into our students' academic experience.
The ACT® Test (11th & 12th Grade)
The ACT is a curriculum-based assessment accepted by all four-year colleges and universities in the United States. The test measures what students have learned throughout high school to determine their academic readiness for college and provides valuable information for their future career paths.
Test Structure and Format
The ACT is administered online and is composed of four required multiple-choice sections and one optional writing section. The breakdown of each section is as follows:
English: 75 Questions | 45 Minutes
Mathematics: 60 Questions | 60 Minutes
Reading: 40 Questions | 35 Minutes
Science: 40 Questions | 35 Minutes
On-Site ACT Testing at CCA
We are pleased to offer on-site, online-format ACT testing for our 11th and 12th-grade students in the spring.
Spring 2026 Test Dates:
12th Grade: Monday, April 13, 2026
11th Grade: Tuesday, April 14, 2026
To help our sophomores prepare for the ACT, we are excited to offer the PreACT. This practice test offers students an early experience with ACT-style questions, provides a predicted ACT test score, and gives them valuable insights into their academic strengths and weaknesses. It is an excellent tool to help students get on the path to college and career readiness.
Spring 2026 Test Window:
The PreACT will be administered at the end of March 2026. The specific date will be finalized and announced to families.
