CCA Basketball
A message from JR Cadot, Director of Basketball
It is an honor to serve as the Basketball Director and Head Coach of our Varsity program. As a former professional basketball player and an elite player development coach, I have been blessed to compete and train at the highest levels of this game. Those experiences have shaped my passion for teaching, mentoring, and leading the next generation of athletes.
At our school, basketball is more than a sport; it is a platform for growth. My commitment is to develop our student-athletes not only as competitors, but as young men and women of character, discipline, and purpose. We will strive for excellence on the court, but we will also pursue growth in the classroom, in our relationships, and in our walk with Christ.
My coaching philosophy is built on hard work, accountability, faith, and unity. Every athlete will be challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Our goal is to build a program that reflects Christ-like leadership, competitive greatness, and a team culture grounded in integrity.
I am excited for the season ahead and grateful for the opportunity to invest in these athletes, mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will honor God and pursue excellence in everything we do.
